Every inch of HYPE has been designed with one thing in mind: your performance. Three training zones, six private recovery suites, and a community space — all under one roof, designed to shape how you actually train, recover, and connect.
A Walk Through HYPE
HYPE was designed in layers — from the moment you walk in, through training, into recovery, and back out. Every transition was considered. Every zone has its own identity, lighting, and atmosphere. Nothing here is incidental.
The Floor
Our centrepiece. The largest open zone in the studio, anchored by LED screens for class delivery and built around HYROX-standard equipment. High ceilings, functional turf lanes, and an energy you feel before the class starts.
The Track
Lower lighting, atmospheric, focused. Ten treadmills at launch, with room to grow. Purpose-built for interval and run-led training — the kind of environment where you find your rhythm and stay in it.
The Lab
The counterbalance. A calm, considered space for mind-body training. Reformers and mats share this area, with a softer palette and ambience to match. Designed to lower the volume before recovery begins.
Private Recovery Suites
Six fully private suites, each equipped for the complete contrast therapy experience — cold plunge, sauna, and vitamin-infused shower. Bookable in advance. Never shared, never rushed. Recovery at HYPE is a private experience by default. Up to 2–4 per suite
The Space That Really Matters
An open community area and work space, smoothie bar and cafe, and even a communal recovery room. The space where the conversations happen before and after the class — the connective tissue that makes HYPE a club, not a gym.
